EL GOBIERNO DE CUBA RECHAZA 116 RECOMENDACIONES DE NACIONES UNIDAS
Según los documentos resultado de la Evaluación Periódica Universal EPU de Cuba en mayo del 2018[1], el gobierno cubano rechazó 32 recomendaciones sobre las violaciones de derechos laborales civiles y políticos y tomó nota pero declaró no cumplir, al menos en los próximos cinco años, otras 84 recomendaciones de los gobiernos representados en Naciones Unidas. En síntesis, el gobierno cubano rechaza el Derecho Internacional laboral, civil y político en su legislación interna, y como lo demuestra el Informe sobre las violaciones de derecho humanos durante el 2018, viola también los derechos económicos sociales y culturales de la ciudadanía porque no existen garantías constitucionales, jurídicas, ni procedimentales para reivindicar y justiciar ningún derecho universal en el país.
THE CUBAN GOVERNMENT REJECTS 116 RECOMMENDATIONS GIVEN BY THE UNITED NATIONS
According to the documents resulting from the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Cuba in May 2018 , the Cuban government rejected 32 recommendations regarding the violation of labor, civil, and political rights, and took note but declared non-compliance, at least in the next five years, with another 84 recommendations given by the governments represented in the United Nations. In short, the Cuban government rejects international labor, civil, and political law in its internal legislation, and as demonstrated by the report on violations of human rights in 2018, violates the social, economic, and cultural rights of its citizens because there are no constitutional, legal, or procedural guarantees to reclaim and justify any
universal right in the country.
